The Doberman Pinscher Health Foundation is soliciting research grant proposals for research into canine health problems associated with the Doberman Pinscher. Of particular interest is Doberman breed-specific research which includes but is not limited to: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Gastric Volvulus-Torsion, Chronic Active Hepatitis, Wobblers, Hypothyroidism, Renal Dysplasia and Cancer. We will consider quality research of any disease affecting the canine.

If you have such a project for which you would like to seek funding from the Doberman Pinscher Health Foundation, please fill out the Letter of Intent and/or the Full Application and return it to us at research@dobermanhealth.org

We are pleased to announce that our initial grant was awarded on November 13th, 2017 to the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Details of the MSU research project can be found here.
